When building a website the right foundation is essential for success. As a general rule your website must always:

we have a defined development process that guarantees projects will run smoothly and successfully. Please familiarize yourself with the process so you can fully understand everything that goes into creating a website. This guideline will also help you learn what to expect and what to provide regarding your required contribution to the project.

Phase 1 - Planning

We send Client Website Planning Worksheet and schedule a phone interview that covers all aspects of design, programming, marketing, and usability expectations. We receive Client’s completed Website Planning Worksheet. Client sends all necessary content required to develop website (text, photos, etc.). Timeline for development is scheduled and presented to Client.

Phase 2 - Design

Initial Design Concept(s) are presented online in a private location for client review and approval. Client reviews initial design and submits request and suggestions for design changes (if any). Client reviews and provides final approval for design concept.

Phase 3 – Content Development

Completed content pages are submitted for Client's approval Developer makes any final content edits/changes requested by client.

Phase 4 – Project Approval

Client reviews, approves and signs off on completed website project.

Phase 5 – Testing & Quality Assurance

Testing stage commences (browser compatibility, display, copywriting, link analysis, applications, load time, etc.) If necessary, final modifications are made to assure quality.

Phase 6 – Website Launch

Website is uploaded to Client’s web server; live website is launched to the Internet.
